We manufacture polyethylene pipes from 110 to 710 mm on Battenfeld-Cincinnati lines. Compliant with GOST and international standards ISO 4427 (water) and ISO 4437 (gas).

Polycomposite LLP's plant was launched in 2015 in Aktau, in the Aktau Sea Port special economic zone. Our team has worked with polyethylene pipes since 2006, producing pipes of various diameters for gas, water, sewerage and process pipelines.
Using prime polyethylene only and technologically correct extrusion lets us deliver a durable pipeline and guarantee quality for its entire service life.

It depends on SDR: SDR 9 \u2014 PN 20 (2.0 MPa), SDR 11 \u2014 PN 16, SDR 13.6 \u2014 PN 12.5, SDR 17 \u2014 PN 10 (water, 20 \u00b0C). For gas mains the working pressure is set by the project per GOST R 50838 / ISO 4437.
Outer diameters 110-710 mm, SDR 7.4-41 (typical series 9 / 11 / 13.6 / 17). Standard segments are 12 and 13.5 m; custom lengths on request. We make pipes for water, gas and sewerage, including pipes with a protective polypropylene layer for trenchless installation.
GOST 18599-2001 and ISO 4427 for water and sewerage; GOST R 50838-95 / ST RK GOST R 50838-2011 and ISO 4437 for gas. Prime PE-100 resin only. The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2016.
