The plant has been in the Aktau Sea Port SEZ since 2015. Resin is prime PE-100 (SABIC).

- 02 Dry / load.
- 03 Battenfeld-Cincinnati extrusion.
- 04 Vacuum sizing and cooling.
- 05 Marking. Plant, PE-100, SDR, GOST/ISO, date, shift.
- 06 Cut 12 / 13.5 m or project length.
- 07 Laboratory. Geometry. Hydrostatic proof travels with the quote passport.
- 08 Pack / pipe-in-pipe. Fewer trucks.
The PP jacket is a separate co-extrusion step, not paint on top.
